This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.31 of 2014 dated 17.08.2014 on the file of the 1st respondent Police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the first respondent police has completed the investigation in Crime No.31 of 2014 and filed a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate I, Mettupalayam, and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.58 of 2015.
