2. Heard the learned counsel for petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 9 to 17 submitted that he has no serious objection to this petition being allowed.

4. Despite the service of notice and the name of the respondents 1 to 8 having been printed in the cause list, none appeared on their behalf.

5. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, delay is condoned and this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
