This petition is filed to condone the delay of 1231 days in filing the petition to restore the C.M.A.SR.No.65064 of 2015 on the file of this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant.

3. The order of this Court dated 08.01.2019 is complied with by the petitioner.

4.Considering the fact that the order of this Court dated 08.01.2019 has been complied with, the delay in filing the petition to restore the C.M.A.SR.No.65064 of 2015 is condoned and accordingly, this petition is ordered.
