O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by Mr.T.S.Sivagnanam, J.) The petitioner, who is a resident of Pattadaikatti Village in Sankarankoil Taluk, Tirunelveli District, wants the District Collector to construct a Panchayat Union office in Sankarankoil Taluk. According to the petitioner, the competent authority to consider their request is the District Collector, Tirunelveli District. We find that the petitioner as well as the respondents, who have to take action on the representation, are all within the jurisdiction of Madurai Bench of this Court. Therefore, the petitioner should move the Madurai Bench of this Court.

2.Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of, giving liberty to the petitioner to move the Madurai Bench of this Court for the same relief. No costs.
