These civil miscellaneous petitions have been filed to condone the delay, to set aside the abatement and to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased sole respondent in the Revision.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondents, who stated no objection for ordering these petitions.

3. Considering the averments made in the affidavits filed in support of these miscellaneous petitions and having been satisfied with the reasons stated therein and the no objection given by the respondents for ordering these miscellaneous petitions, these civil miscellaneous petitions are ordered as prayed for.
