This petition has been filed seeking for a transfer of the Complaint in C.C.No.106 of 2012, pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Mettupalayam. This Court did not grant any stay even at the time of admission in the year 2014, at this length of time, the CC is of the year 2012 cannot be transferred to any other Court.
