ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.14834 of 2020 dated 22.09.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police Station on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. With the above directions, this criminal Miscellaneous petition is ordered.
