2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in the order dated 24.08.2021 in Crl.M.P.No.8237 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.12115 of 2021 sub-clause (a) of para 4, though this Court ordered that in case the petitioner is acquitted, the amount would be refunded by the society, however the same is not incorporated.

3. In continuation of the earlier order of this Court dated 24.08.2021, the sub clause 4 (a) of the order shall stand substituted as follows: '' (a) the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- (Rupees One lakh Fifty thousand only) by way of Demand Draft in the name of K.P.Special 161, Somangalam Primary Agricultural Cooperative Loan Society, without prejudice to his defence before the trial Court and the learned Judicial Magistrate, after perusing the challan/receipt, shall accept the sureties furnished by the petitioner. In case the petitioner is acquitted, the amount shall be refunded by the above said Society''

4. It is further submitted by the learned counsel that the bail satisfaction Court mentioned in Para-6 of the order dated 14.07.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.12115 of 2021 may be modified as the Judicial Magistrate-I, Chengalpet.

5. In view of the above submission, this Court is inclined to modify the bail satisfaction Court as the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Chengalpet in order dated 14.07.2021 in Crl.OP.No.12115 of 2021.

6. Accordingly, this petition is ordered. Except the above modifications, remaining portion of the order shall stand unaltered. Registry is directed to make necessary corrections and issue fresh order copy.
