The present application has been filed to permit the applicant to take substituted service by publication in one issue of Rajasthan Pathrica and Times of India English Newspaper to respondents 2, 3, 6, 8 and 12.

2. Mr.K.V.Babu for M/s.P.Prithivi Chopra, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent submitted that he has no objection in allowing this application.

4. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and having been satisfied with the reasons stated therein, the application in A.No.2293 of 2025 in A.No.4955 of 2024 in C.S.DR.No.85945 of 2024 is ordered as prayed for.

5. The learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to take out Paper Publication in one issue of Rajasthan Pathrica and Times of India English newspaper to respondents 2, 3, 6, 8 and 12, indicating the date of hearing as 09.06.2025.

6. List the matter on 09.06.2025.
