O R D E R

This petition is filed by the Hindu Munnetra Kazhagam seeking for a direction to take action against Mr.Sridharan, a member of Hanuman Sena stating that the said Sridharan in the public meeting made derogatory statement against the police officials and therefore, the case has to be registered.

2. According to me, if really the said Sridharan had made derogatory remarks, the police will take care of the same and there is no need for the petitioner to give a complaint and remind the police to take action.

3. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
