This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.9253 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.12080 of 2021 on 15.09.2021 to report before the Investigating Officer on every Monday at 10.30 a.m till filing charge sheet.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is totally relaxed. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
