Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records in Notice No.Z.O.13/U40/AEE/24/2016 dated 29.12.2016 from the file of the respondents 1 to 3 and quash the same as illegal and unlawful and consequently direct the respondents from 1 to 3 to regularise the construction mentioned in notice No.Z.O.13/U40/AEE/24/2016 dated 29.12.2016 and convert the plan proposal from residential to commercial use in building permission No.BA/CD13/05421/2013 dated 24.6.2013 in Planning Permission No.PPA/WDC/13/05119/2013 dated 24.6.2013 with any conditions in accordance with law on merits.
