C.M.P.No.13036 of 2023 in Tr.C.M.P.No.953 of 2022 J. NISHA BANU, J.

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to amend the case number as FCOP No.322 of 2021 pending on the file of Family Court, Chengalpet.

2. The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition was allowed on 01.11.2022.

However, the petitioner had mistakenly typed 'F.C.O.P.No.322/2021' instead of 'F.C.O.P.No.322/2022' and the same was also reflected in the final order passed by this Court on 01.11.2022. Therefore, the present C.M.P. has been filed to amend the same.

3. Though the matter was called on 23.02.2024, there was no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, this Court directed the Registry to post the matter 'for dismissal' on 26.02.2024. Even today, when the matter is called, there is no representation for the petitioner. It seems that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case.
