Per contra, Mr.K.V.Sundararajan, learned counsel undertakes to file vakalat on behalf of the respondent and submits that E.P stands posted to 10.06.2025 and the petitioner may be directed to vacate and hand over the possession on or before 09.06.2025 and he would further submit that he will not precipitate the matter before the EP Court till then.
