This criminal revision case has been filed to set aside the order dated 14.02.2024 made in Crl.M.P.No.2529 of 2023 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases registered under SC / ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, Villupuram.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that without going into the merits of the case, this Court may grant liberty to the petitioner to file a private complaint under Section 200 Cr.P.C.

3. In view of the limited request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, grants liberty to the petitioner to file a private complaint under

Section 200 Cr.P.C before the trial Court and on such complaint being filed by the petitioner, the trial Court is directed to decide the matter independently.
