CR.NO.813 OF 2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., Until further orders imposed in Para No.4 of the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.5632 of 2020 dated 23.09.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.12187 of 2020 in Crime No. 813 of 2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of S. R.THIRUMOORTHY, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR. A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 13.08.2020, this Court had enlarged the petitioner on bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking further relaxation of the conditions imposed on Crl.M.P.No.5632 of 2020 by order dated 23.09.2020.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 23.09.2020 alone stands relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation until further orders. All other conditions remain unaltered.
