It is represented by the learned counsel for the respondents that the same issue raised in writ petition, which was challenged in W.P.No.25776 of 2010 before this Court and the same was dismissed on 22.11.2010.
2.In view of the earlier dismissal order in W.P.No.25766 of 2010, dated 22.11.2010, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
