C.M.P.Nos.10811, 10813 and 10815 of 2022 in C.R.P.No.616 of 2016 J.NISHA BANU, J.

These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 125 days in filing this petition, to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first respondent and to bring on record, the Respondents 3 to 6, who are the legal heirs of the deceased 1st respondent as Respondents 3 to 6 in the above Revision Petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents and also perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and also considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to allow these petitions. Accordingly, these petitions are ordered as prayed for.

4. Post the main Civil Revision Petition on 05.09.2022.
