Petition for relaxation of condition imposed in M.P.No.1 of 2015 in Crl.O.P.No.5893 of 2015 dated 24.04.2015.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions scrupulously.

3. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the investigation is not over and thus, he oppose to relax the condition.

Considering the facts and circumstances and taking note of the fact that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions promptly, the condition imposed on the petitioners in M.P.No.1 of 2015 in Crl.O.P.No.5893 of 2015 dated 24.04.2015 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e. on every first Monday at 10.30a.m. until further orders.
