This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for transfer the investigation in Crime No.43 of 2014 on the file of the respondent.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation has been completed and the final report has already been filed. Therefore, the learned counsel would submit that there is no scope for ordering any transfer of investigation at this length of the time.
3. In the result, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
