This petition is taken out by the legal heirs of the deceased 2nd appellant to bring the petitioners No.5 to 11 on record, who are the legal representatives of the deceased 2nd appellant P.Kadhiriappan and rank them as appellants No.5 to 11 in A.S.No.627 of 2018.

2. As regards the respondents, the learned counsel appearing for them has reported no instructions. Accordingly, the names of the respondents have been printed in the cause list.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.

4. List the matter on 24.06.2026.
