C.M.P.No.34 of 2014 in A.S.No.144 of 1984 P.T. ASHA, J, It is seen that notice which has been sent to the 2nd respondent has been served and the counsel has entered appearance, however, none appeared on their behalf. Notice which has been sent to the respondents 3 and 4 also been served. Respondents 1, 2 and 6 have refused to receive the notice and notice sent to the 5th respondent has been returned as "no such addressee". The service is deemed to be sufficient.
2.This petition before this Court is to accept the cause title in the above restoration application.
3.The 1st respondent A.M.Ponmalai died after the order of the dismissal dated 25.03.2011 and therefore, the present application has been filed to accept the cause title.
4.This petition is ordered as prayed.
Registry is directed to delete the name of Mr.V.V.Lakshminarayanan for the appellant and Mr.N.Varadarajan for the respondents.
