O R D E R

In Crl.O.P.No.24526 of 2012, this Court issued the following the directions on 09.01.2013:

"7.On a perusal of the records, it is seen that Second Appeal No.1827 of 1982 was filed by one P.N.Ammachi Gounder and the same was allowed by this Court by judgment dated 09.01.1998. Therefore, the Revenue Divisional Officer is directed to consider what was the subject matter of the said Second Appeal No.1827/1982 as well as the property in question now under dispute and thereafter, directed to hold https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Contempt Petition No.1003 of 2014 enquiry after 24.01.2013, decide and dispose of the petition pending before him according to law.

8.With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.

Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed."

Alleging that the respondent has not complied with the aforesaid directions, this Contempt Petition has been filed.

2. It is seen that the respondent has specifically adverted to the aforesaid directions of this Court and has passed a detailed order in Na.Ka.4897/2012/A3 dated 09.01.2014. If the parties are aggrieved by this order, it is open to them to workout their remedies in the manner known to law. Hence, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
