O R D E R
(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 4(1) (a), 4 (1-A) and 14A of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act, in Crime No.220 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that when the respondent was on usual rounds the petitioner was in possession of 10 litres of Intoxicated Alcohol. Hence, the complaint.
3. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and a false case has been foisted against him. Hence, he prays for grant of Anticipatory Bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner was illegally found in possession of 10 litres of Intoxicated Alcohol. He would further submit that there is one previous case pending as against the petitioner in connection with Cr.No.326 of 2020 on the file of the Kadampuliur Police Station. Hence, he opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
5. Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the petitioner has one previous case, this Court is not inclined to grant Anticipatory Bail to the petitioner.
