This Petition has been filed to bring on record the proposed respondent namely V.Kalaiselvi as the legal representative of the deceased 1st respondent in the above S.A.No.1233 of 2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.

3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the submissions made by the learned counsels on both sides, this petition is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title, if the papers are otherwise in order.

5. Issue notice to the newly added respondent, returnable by 13.10.2023.

6. Post the case on 13.10.2023.
