ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent police not to harass the petitioner illegally under the guise of enquiry without any summons or notice.
2. Considering the submission and perusal of materials it is seen that one Sheela had lodged a complaint to the third respondent in Current Paper and later CSR No.1417 of 2205 was assigned and thereafter, enquiry was conducted. During enquiry, both the petitioner and the counter petitioner, Sheela appeared. On conclusion of enquiry it was found that it is a property dispute with regard to Plot Nos.82A and 83A and later it was resolved that the counter petitioner would purchase the plot claimed by the petitioner by paying the required amount and the CSR was closed.
3. Since the case registered against the petitioner was closed, question of harassment does not arise and in view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
