O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to frame charge sheet against the accused in Crime No.695 of 2012, on the file of the respondent Police.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that investigation in Crime No.695 of 2012 was completed and the charge sheet was also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur, and the learned Magistrate has taken cognizance of the charge sheet in C.C.No.226 of 2015. He further submitted that the trial has already been commenced. 3.In view of the subsequent development, nothing survives further in this petition.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. The petitioner is at liberty to take all his defense before the trial Court.

5.Since, the case is pending from the year 2015, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur, is directed to dispose of the case in C.C.No.226 of 2015 in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
