ORDER

Seeking to transfer O.P.No.105 of 2024 now pending on the file of the Family Court, Tiruvannamalai, the petitioner wife has preferred the above Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition.

2.It is informed that the petitioner has subsequently filed H.M.O.P.No.93 of 2024 on the file of the Sub Court, Chidambaram, for restitution of conjugal rights.

3.Heard the learned counsels on either side and perused the records.

4.Considering the fact that the petitioner has filed H.M.O.P.No.93 of 2024 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Chidambaram, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and OP No.14 of 2014 is withdrawn from the file of the Family Court, Tiruvannamalai, and transferred to the file of the Sub Court, Chidambaram. The presence of the respondent is dispensed with except for evidence giving and counselling.

5.The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed with the above directions. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
