Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to a permit the Applicant to effect paper publication in Hindu, Times of India, Dinamalar and Dinathanthi that the Plaint Schedule Trust properties are not meant for sale.

This application coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order:

A.No.857 of 2017 has been filed more as a corollary to O.A.No.126 of 2017 to inform the general public that the suit Trust properties are not meant for sale.

The said application is necessary to put on notice the general public that if they are dealing with the said properties,

which are subject matter of the suit, it would only result in causing more complications to their title. Consequently viewed from that angle, A.No.857 of 2017 is allowed.
