PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to register the petitioner's criminal complaint dated 30.11.2016 against the respondents 4 and 5 in C.No.5370/CCB/Visitors/2016 and file an FIR against the said respondents 4 and 5 under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C after appropriate enquiry.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner herein dated 30.11.2016. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3.In view of the judgment of the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.13681 of 2018 and batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, the petition of this nature is not maintainable before this Court. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out her remedy in accordance with the guidelines given by the Hon'ble Division Bench in the decision referred supra.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
