PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent No.3 to regularize the petitioner service as village assistant from date of appointment following the proceedings of 1st respondent in Na.Ka.No.16923/2019/Ü5 dated 22.09.2019 and the proceedings of 2nd respondent å.o. âi.1190/2019/Ý1 dated 01.10.2019.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of Mandamus to direct the third respondent to regularize the petitioner service as village assistant from date of appointment following the proceedings of the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.16923/2019/Ü5 dated 22.09.2019 and the proceedings of the second respondent in å.o. âi.1190/2019/Ý1 dated 01.10.2019.
2. Heard Mr.P.Manoj Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.V.Ramesh, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.
3. During the course of hearing, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents placed a copy of the proceedings of the third respondent issued in Pro.No.3013/2018/A1 dated 09.06.2023 stating that the probation of the petitioner is declared and the service of the petitioner is regularised.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner also endorsed the statement made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.
5. In the light of the above submission, as relief sought by the petitioner 2/4
in this writ petition is already granted by the respondents, in our considered view, no further adjudication is required in the writ petition.
6. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed.
7. There shall be no order as to costs.
