Alleging that though patta originally stood in the name of the vendor, has been changed unilaterally without notice to him being the purchaser, representation has been made by the petitioner, followed by legal notice dated 24.11.2014. On receipt of the same, the respondent no.1 has directed the respondent no.2 to conduct an enquiry as seen from the proceedings dated 09.03.2015 by marking a copy to the petitioner. 2.Considering the above, a direction is issued to the respondent no.1 to pass appropriate orders on the pending representation of the petitioner dated 17.09.2014 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording opportunity to the petitioner as well as to the private persons in whose favour patta stands as of now. 3.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
