These petitions have been filed to substitute the petitioners as legal heirs of the deceased 20th and 14th appellant and rank them as appellants 61 to 63 and 64 to 68 respectively in the above writ appeal.

2.Mr.T.Arunkumar, learned Government Advocate appearing for R1 and Mr.M.S.Palanisamy, learned counsel appearing for R2 have no objection for allowing these petitions.
