This petition has been filed to Quash the Impugned Order in Na.Ka.No.101/2014/AA4 dated 08.01.2014 on the file of the Respondent No.1 and quash the same as illegal. 2.The petitioner filed this petition to challenge the Memorandum issued against them under Section 107 of Cr.P.C. The said memorandum was issued in the month of January, 2014. The period for the proceedings under Section 107 of Cr.P.C. is only for one year. Now, almost four years have been lapsed and hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioner become infructous. 3.
