O R D E R

The prayer sought for by the petitioners for modification of condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Villupuram by order dated 06.12.2017 made in Crl.M.P.No.8305 of 2017 in Crime No.689of 2017, directing the petitioners to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 A.M is not an onerous in my view. Further more, since the investigation is pending, the petitioners should co-operate with the investigation and therefore no modification is required. With the above observations, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
