The Criminal Revision Case filed under Section 397 and 401(1) of Code of Criminal Procedure to call for the records relating to Sessions Case No.30/2012, dated 26.03.2013 on the file of the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Nagapattinam (Chief Judicial Magistrate) and to set aside the same and convict the accused under Sections 304 (B) and 498(A) IPC.

ORDER
The present Criminal Revision has been filed by the petitioner against the order of the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Nagapattinam (Chief Judicial Magistrate) in S.C.No.30 of 2012 dated 26.03.2013.
2. As per the amendment dated 31.12.2009, appeal lies against the order of acquittal. Therefore, the petitioner is at liberty to file fresh Criminal Appeal before the appropriate forum.
