ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking the issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.03.2025 and to issue a "No Objection Certificate" for running a spa under the name "Rose Petals Treatment Centre" at Door No.154, R.K. Meena Towers, Pollachi Main Road, Sundarapuram, Coimbatore-641 024 within a stipulated period as may be fixed by this Court.

2. Mr.L.Baskaran, learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the petitioner was asked to appear for the hearing on 15.03.2025. However, the petitioner had not appeared on the said date.

Mr.S.Senthil Kumar, Special Sub Inspector of Police, Coimbatore, who appeared before this Court, submitted that the next hearing date has been fixed on 28.01.2026 at 10.00am. The learned counsel for the petitioner shall convey the information to his client.

4. Recording the above submission and also considering the fact that the petitioner's representation is under consideration, this writ petition is disposed of . No costs.
