This petition is filed to condone the delay of 781 days in representing the writ appeal.

Heard Mr.G.Nanmaran, learned Special Government Pleader for the petitioner.

The delay in representing is 781 days, which is huge. Though this Court is inclined to allow this petition, we feel that at least cost may be imposed, as the delay is more than 700 days.

In that view of the matter, the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.3,000/- to the Tamil Nadu Advocate Clerks Welfare Association within two weeks, failing which, this petition shall automatically stand dismissed without any further reference to this Court.

The petition, accordingly, stands ordered on compliance of the aforementioned condition.
