The petitioner made an application for issuance of Patta to the property situated at (Old) Survey No. 122/2, (New) Survey No. 122/8, Block No. 2, Town Survey No. 36, Virugambakkam Village. On receipt of the application of the petitioner dated 27.05.2014, the respondent No. 2 sent a communication to the respondent No. 1, vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No. Pa.ma.517/20142015, dated 24.06.2015, to get suitable instructions in that regard. The petitioner also followed up the said requisition on 07.10.2015. Despite the same, as no reply is forthcoming from https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the respondent No. 1, the present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner before this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the Learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

3. Considering the above facts and without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the respondent No. 1 to consider and pass appropriate orders on the communication of the respondent No. 2 in Na.Ka.No.Pa.ma.517/2014-2015, dated 24.06.2015 and the application of the petitioner dated 07.10.2015, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
