This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to bring on record the proposed respondents 2 to 6 herein as legal representatives of deceased sole respondent.

2. Mr.K.V.Shanmuganathan, learned counsel for petitioner submitted that pending Civil Revision Petition, the sole respondent died on 12.02.2021. Hence, he has filed the above petition to bring her legal heirs on record.

3. Mr.G.Vijayakumar, learned counsel for respondents 2 to 6 appeared.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit as justifiable one, this petition is allowed. The proposed legal representatives of the sole respondent are impleaded as respondents 2 to 6 in the above Civil Revision Petition. 19.10.2022 rpp Note. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title and post the matter on 26.10.2022.
