(Order of the court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.) This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioners to permit them to produce the order of adjudication dated 30.03.2023 passed in OIO Nos.101557 & 101558 of 2023 in a sealed cover, before this Court. 2.

Heard the learned standing counsel for the petitioners, who submitted that as per the order dated 17.05.2023 passed in CMP.No.11161 of 2023 in WA.No.2906 of 2019, the original-in-original dated 30.03.2023 passed by the Commissioner of Customs, Chennai, in the adjudication proceedings, have been produced in a sealed cover and the same may be taken on record and considered at the time of final hearing of the appeal. 3.
