ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by R. MAHADEVAN, J.] This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to quash the final notice dated 21.05.2018 issued by the respondent with regard to removal of encroachment made by the petitioner.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly submitted that nothing survives for further adjudication herein and hence, the writ petition may be closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the authorities concerned afresh for any other relief.

3. Granting such liberty to the petitioner, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
