2. C.M.P.No.12193 of 2022 has been filed to condone the delay of 1168 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement, to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent in the above Second Appeal.

3. C.M.P.No.12952 of 2022 has been filed to bring on record the legal heirs of deceased 2nd respondent, being the legal representatives of the deceased 2nd respondent, as respondents 9 & 10 in the above Second Appeal.

4. C.M.P.No.12199 of 2022 has been filed to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased 1st respondent, being the legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent, as respondents 4 to 8 in the above Second Appeal.

5. C.M.P.No.12945 of 2022 has been filed to set aside the abatement, in bringing the legal heirs of the deceased 2nd respondent in the above Second Appeal.

6. C.M.P.No.12196 of 2022 has been filed to set aside the abatement in bringing the legal heirs of the deceased 1st respondent in the above Second Appeal.

7. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 3, 6 & 8.

9. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 3, 6 & 8 submitted that they have no objection for ordering these petitions.

10. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, in C.M.P.Nos.12200, 12952, 12945, 12193, 12196 & 12199 of 2022 are ordered.
