Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents from interfering with the activities of the petitioner Association and also from harassing the members, guests or th emembers of the management of the petitioner Association.

The petitioner, which is a Club, has come forward to file the present writ petition apprehending trouble at the hands of the respondents.

2. In the counter affidavit filed, it has been stated that the petitioner Club has been started very recently, as could be seen from the Certificate of Registration dated 19.10.2015 and the representation of the petitioner, said to have been made on 21.10.2015, has not been received.

3. It appears that the petitioner has rushed to this Court without completing the formalities. Be that as it may. So long as the petitioner carries on legal and lawful activities, there shall not be any problem at the hands of the respondents.

4. Hence, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents, not to interfere with the activities of the petitioner club, which are legal and lawful, making it clear that in the event of the petitioner indulging in illegal activities, it is well open to the respondents to take action in accordance with law. No costs. Connected M.P.is closed.
