ORDER
From the records and the submission made on behalf of the parties, it appears that non-bailable warrant dated 10-04-2013 is pending in C.C.No.96 of 2013 before the Additional Mahila Court (Magisterial Level) Salem, Salem District issued against the first accused, who is said to be in Canada. The respondent-Police is directed to take steps to initiate extradition proceedings by addressing appropriate authorities, based on the non-bailable warrant issued by the Trial Court to bring the accused within the ambit of justice, expeditiously. The petition is disposed of accordingly.
