C.M.P.Nos.16069 and 16072 of 2021 have been filed to declare the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 in the above Second Appeal as major.

C.M.P.No.16074 of 2021 has been filed to discharge the 4th respondent from the guardianship of the respondent Nos.2 and 3 in the Second Appeal .

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are ordered as prayed for.
