Basing reliance upon the judgment and decree rendered by the jurisdictional Court in O.S.No.409 of 1994 as confirmed in A.S.No.66 of 2012, the petitioner made a representation to the respondent no.1 seeking issuance of patta. The representation dated 01.12.2014 was forwarded to the respondent no.2 by the respondent no.1 as seen from the proceedings dated 09.01.2015. The petitioner gave a further representation on 16.03.2015. As no action was forthcoming, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation with the respondent no.2, the said authority is directed to pass appropriate orders, pursuant to the communication of the respondent no.1 dated 09.01.2015 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as to other private parties. 3.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
