O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed challenging the order dated 22.04.2025 passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge at Puducherry in Crl.M.P.No.613 of 2025, thereby dismissing the petition filed by the petitioner to relax the condition. 2.

It is seen that the petitioner is an accused in Crime No.57 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 115(2), 121(1), 351(2) r/w 3(5) of BNS and he was granted anticipatory bail by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Puducherry, in Cr.M.P.No.493 of 2025 by an order dated 26.03.2025, on condition that the petitioner shall appear and sign before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Karaikal daily at 10.00 am., until further orders. To relax the said condition, he filed another petition in Cr.M.P.No.613 of 2025 and the same was dismissed by the trial Court by an order dated 22.04.2025. Hence the present petition.

On instruction, the learned Public Prosecutor (Pudhucherry) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

Considering the said submission, the conditions No.(i) imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed and the Criminal Original Petition stands allowed.
