O R D E R
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
2. In similar circumstances this Court passed orders in Crl.O.P.Nos.28046 to 28049 of 2014 dated 15.10.2014 directing the Deputy Superintendent of Police, District Crime Branch, Thiruvallur to return the documents given by the petitioners during investigation. Following the same, this petition is allowed and the Deputy Superintendent of Police, District Crime Branch, Tiruvallur is directed to return the documents given by the petitioners which are available with them to the petitioners after getting acknowledgement. The petitioners shall also execute a bond to the satisfaction of the Deputy Superintendent of Police, District Crime Branch, Tiruvallur thereby undertaking to return the documents in case if they are required in future in connection with any case.
The petitioners shall produce proper identification and the parents of the petitioners shall also identify the documents and they will also execute bond to the satisfaction of the Deputy Superintendent of Police. It is made clear that the petitioners shall produce the same either before the lower Court or before the Deputy Superintendent of Police, if the certificates are required for any purpose in future. The Deputy Superintendent of Police shall take xerox copies of those documents and retain the same in the case diary.
