ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.133 of 2021 on the file of the second respondent within stipulated time.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner's mother is missing. Despite the complaint given to the second respondent, no action has been taken. Hence, he seeks direction to the respondents to complete the investigation as expeditiously as possible.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) for the respondents.

4. In Such view of the matter, the investigating officer is directed to expedite the investigation in Crime No.133 of 2021 and take it to the logical end.
